Did you Know?

Most of our Houston lab technicians are veterans and
have received their metrology training from the military,
with many having earned the Certified Calibration
Technician designation from ASQ.

As a general-purpose calibration lab, this location provides local depot and on-site
calibration services. Specializing in a number of disciplines, our Houston lab offers
customers the following unique solutions:



  • Calibration of high-end electrical calibration standards, such as the Fluke 55XX series,
as our Primary DC Low Frequency Lab

  • Calibration services for deadweight testers and pressure controllers as Transcat’s
Primary Pressure Lab.

  • Ability to certify analog or digital units from 0.125 inches of water to 72,500 psi

  • Instrument repair services as the only authorized service center for equipment from
Megger and Stahlwille
  • RF and Microwave calibration services, up to 50GHz

Few commercial calibration operations are willing or able to develop the quality systems that allow Transcat to offer ISO/IEC 17025 accredited reference level calibrations.
