In-Lab Calibration

The majority of our customers choose this convenient option. Either ship or drop off your instruments into one of our labs located across North America. We will quickly process your calibrations and ship back in three to five business days.

In-Process Calibration Services

In addition to our standard instrument calibration services, we also offer in-process calibration services at your facility. Our highly trained technicians can come onsite to calibrate your in-process instruments including transmitters, sensors, switches, recorders, controllers, ovens, chambers and more.

Another flexible option is to have your instruments calibrated at your facility. This premium service offers you the convenience of having our technicians bring our calibration standards and perform the calibration services onsite.

Your Lab, Your Facility, Transcat Expertise.

Our Client Based Lab service option is a Transcat-operated calibration lab tailored to your needs and located at your facility. We set up, staff, manage and run your facility's calibration lab based on your needs and quality standards.

We can manage all your calibrations through our extensive network of approved vendors. Send your instrument to one of our labs, we will find the suitable vendor that can perform the work you need and manage the entire transaction for you helping you consolidate your suppliers and reduce your costs.

Transcat offers convenient door to door pick-up and delivery service within our lab service areas. Our professional drivers will safely prepare your instruments and return them to you.

Transcat offers a wide variety of validation services that meet FDA, ICH, and many European standards. Although our primary focus is on that of the pharmaceutical and biologics industries, we also perform many required studies for food and beverage, cosmetic, industrial, and medical device companies as well.

We know that instruments fail or get damaged and replacing them is not always an option. This reason is why we operate our Repair Center out of our Houston calibration lab. We can offer cost effective repairs on many of the instruments we calibrate.

Alternative Energy - Transcat now offers mobile calibration labs for our customers in the Wind and Solar industries. Our full-service trailers offer maximum convenience and minimum downtime by coming to your wind or solar farm. We also offer onsite tool purchase and rentals.

Laboratory Instrument Services

Transcat offers services to life science customers for a variety of analytical instruments such as HPLCs, GCs, Dissolution instrumentation, UV-VIS Spectrophotometers, and TOC Analyzers. We develop partnerships with our customers to identify specific needs within their regulatory environment.
