The Static Solutions PS-5700 Ohm-Shield Floor Primer/Sealer is formulated to seal concrete floors before the use of Ohm-Shield paint. It increases adhesion properties by removing excess moisture. The primer/sealer fills empty pores found on a new concrete floor, reducing the amount of paint needed.
