Under the shelf registration statement, once declared effective by the SEC, Transcat may, from time to time in one or more future offerings, issue various types of securities, including common stock, warrants to purchase other securities, purchase contracts, and units up to an aggregate amount of $50 million. The Company has no current plans to issue securities under the registration statement.
