Force Measurement

Transcat allows professionals to order a basic force measurement device, a highly accurate digital gauge, or a force measurement system to manage testing with precision. We provide digital force gauges in standard to high capacity designs and load cells in various capacities. Our force measurement category also has test stands and accessories to support accuracy. Mechanical and digital force gauges measure force during a push or pull test. A digital instrument uses a load cell, electronics and a microprocessor to convert force into an electrical signal. A digital force gauge allows for tension and compression force measurements up to specified weight limits through handheld or test stand operations. Transcat offers gauges for the production floor or the R&D department from leaders in measurement quality such as Shimpo, Mark-10, Ametek-Chatillon, Extech and Imada.
