The Keithley 5807 Helical Spring Point Test Leads are two high-quality Kelvin test probes designed for use with Keithley instruments to measure 4-terminal resistance accurately. These probes feature pointed tips that rotate under pressure, ensuring excellent contact with the measurement surface. The handle can be held at any angle for added convenience. The test leads come with 2 meters (7 feet) long lead wires that terminate in banana plugs, making them compatible with Keithley Series 2400 SourceMeter SMU Instruments, 2750, and DMMs.
