The AEMC CA 6011 KIT (2135.63) combines the CA 6011 (2135.62) Point-to-Point Continuity Tester which is a unique, wrist-worn continuity tester designed to verify pathways and ground connections over long distances without the need to juggle a traditional ground tester with various ground testing accessories.
A constant 200 mA test current, automatic polarity reversal, and lead compensation provide accurate and repeatable continuity measurements. The large backlit display, programmable PASS/FAIL thresholds, and audible/vibration alarms let users confirm continuity at a glance, or by touch, even in dark and noisy environments or with hard-to-reach components. Users can easily verify lightning conductors, EGCs, motor frames, signal grounds, and cabinets by connecting to a ground bus or lug, then making contact with the component under test at any point of the system.
With a comfortable wrist-strap form factor and long battery life (up to approximately 30,000 measurements), the CA 6011 is ideal for commissioning and troubleshooting ground systems in the field. Built for speed and repeatability, the CA 6011 takes the guesswork out of testing so that users can move through even large systems with ease and confidence.
