The Keysight/Agilent 4145A Semiconductor Parameter Analyzer stimulates voltage and current sensitive devices and measures resulting current and voltage responses. The Keysight/Agilent 4145A also performs math operations on measurement data, allowing accurate analysis of your semiconductor devices. The Keysight 4145A includes four built-in SMUs (1 pA to 100 mA; 1 mV to 100 V) that act as a voltage source/current monitor or as a current source/voltage monitor, which allows four-terminal devices to be completely characterized by the 4145A without changing connections. Two additional voltage sources and two voltage monitors are also built-in for applications which require more than four SMUs. The 4145A can be connected to a wafer prober for testing devices in the wafer stage. And after a device is packaged, the 16058A test fixture can be used. Other features of the Agilent 4145A Semiconductor Parameter Analyzer include: Built-in graphics analysis functions, Marker and cursor functions provide direct numeric readouts and a line function for automatic calculation of line gradient and X-Y axis intercept values and a built-in flexible disc drive for permanent storage of user programs and measurement results.
