The UNI-T MSO5000HDI3C is a n I3C Serial Bus Trigger and Analysis Option for MSO5000HD Oscilloscopes. The MSO5000HD-I3C unlocks real-time decode and advanced trigger support for I3C, the modern two-wire interface that replaces legacy I2C in high-speed sensor and peripheral networks.
I3C (developed by the MIPI Alliance) provides higher bandwidth, in-band interrupts, dynamic address assignment, and better power efficiency—all of which introduce new debugging challenges that this decode option is built to solve.
- For use with MSO5000HD Oscilloscopes
- Decode I3C master and slave traffic in real time
- Identify dynamic address assignment, Common Command Codes (CCC), and High Data Rate (HDR) modes
- Trigger on specific device addresses, message types, or payload contents
- Event table for browsing I3C transactions with timestamps and protocol fields
- Link physical waveform characteristics (e.g., rise time or glitches) with protocol-layer issues
- Search and filter complex captures for repeated or anomalous sequences
- Next-Gen Sensor Network Debugging
- Correlate Physical and Protocol Layers
- No Guesswork with HDR and CCC
