The EA PS and PSI programmable power supplies range in power from 1500W devices up to 30kW in a single chassis and feature 5" TFT Gorilla® Glass touchscreen displays for intuitive control and test setup. The power supplies can be paralleled for up to 3.84MW in output power at up to 2000VDC. The PSI Series comes standard with a built-in function generator capable of creating arbitrary waveforms, included test routines for battery test, fuel cell simulation, PV solar array simulation with MPP tracking, and other enhanced capabilities over the PS Series
EA-PS 10920-60 3U lab power supply from Elektro-Automatik belongs to the EA-PS 10000 3U series and features a power output of 15000W. This rack-mountable power supply has an output voltage of 920V and an output current of 60A. These power supplies offer flexible "auto-ranging". This allows them to offer EITHER a high current OR a high voltage within the power offered. There is a picture of this in the images above. The power supply indicates when it is operating in CC (constant current), CV (constant voltage) or CP (constant power) mode. In addition, the lab power supplies contain an LCD with an accurate indication of the real-time current and voltage. The power supplies offer overvoltage-, overcurrent-, overpower- and overtemperature protection. Also, the power supplies can be managed and controlled both analogue and digitally, making the EA-PS 10000 3U series very comprehensive and reliable.
