This intrinsically safe lantern is powered by five super bright LED lights, outputting light power of 400 lumens. The lantern is also rated to IP54 for protection against water and dust ingress. The GENESIS is powered by CorDEX's uniquely designed EXIS smart battery packs. These can be swapped out as necessary even when in hazardous areas - there's absolutely no need to leave the zone to change the battery. The EXIS battery packs have on-board energy level indication and a Bluetooth-enabled battery diagnostic station which provides you with data on battery health, charge state and more via a dedicated PC application.
